Our department provides a range of high-quality services to students, faculty, staff, and visitors on campus. Finance and Administrative Services oversees the following offices and campus units:
Office of Internal Audit
The Office of Internal Audit promotes effective internal controls and business practices of the university while helping you implement, maintain and promote effective internal controls within your department.
Auxiliary Services
Guest Housing, Insurance, Dining Services, Mail, and Print: catering and food service, and in-house mail and print support are provided by Auxiliary Services.
Facilities Management and Capital Planning
Facilities Management and Capital Planning maintains, supports, and constructing facilities. The office also oversees Knight Card Services which provides ID cards to all students and employees.
Finance: Budget Office, Controller’s Office, and Purchasing
Finance: Budget Office, Controller’s Office, and Purchasing provides services for budgeting, expenditure, revenue, capital projects spending and commitments; new cost centers and profit centers; accounting-related activities; and procurement.
