The Arcadia University Alumni Travel Program offers our alumni the opportunity to participate in unique group travel experiences that strengthen The Arcadia Promise to provide a distinctively global, integrative, personal learning experience.
With an alumni library card and a photo ID, you have access to visit and use the Landman Library and its resources, including borrowing books and utilizing assistance from the research librarians, preferably by appointment.* To request an alumni library card, contact the Office of Alumni Engagement at 215-517-2566 or alumni@arcadia.edu.
Alumni Library Hours: Alumni access to the Landman Library is available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Sundays from 1 to 5 p.m. Access outside of those hours is restricted to students, faculty, and staff with "swipe card" access.

As an alumnus/a, you are eligible to receive a discounted rate for weddings, conferences, concerts, and events held in Grey Towers Castle. Other spaces on campus are also available to alumni at discounted rental rates (based on availability). Alumni of Arcadia University and Beaver College, as well as their spouses and children ages 18 and older who are living in the same household, are able to purchase annual memberships to the Kuch Recreation and Athletic Center. Within the Kuch Center, members will have access to the Alumni Gymnasium, track, Lenox Pool, designated locker rooms, and the upstairs fitness center. Access to the downstairs sports training center may be limited due to usage by varsity student-athletes. Members will also have access to the Weiss Tennis Courts, softball field, and Easton Field.
All memberships will run from the first day of the next month from when the application is submitted through December 31 of that year at a rate of $25 per month. All memberships expire on December 31, and can be renewed starting on January 1. Memberships are only available for purchase on a full-year basis from the month of purchase (i.e. 12 months at $300).

You are eligible to receive an alumni discount on individual tickets to Arcadia University Theater performances throughout the year. Season tickets are also available at a substantial discount. Would you like to commemorate a special occasion with a photo shoot on Arcadia's campus? As an alumnus/a, you can return to campus and use it as your backdrop at no charge, however you must complete and submit a Photography Agreement with Conference Services, and comply with the policies outlined on the agreement. Our new and improved Arcadia University Alumni Lifelong Learning Book Club offers an online community in which participants can connect with each other and enjoy books related to lifelong learning, social issues, fiction, psychology and other user-submitted ideas. There is no cost to participate—you just have to get a copy of the book to enjoy.
The book club connects through a private online forum where people discuss the book and network with each other. Joining the book club is completely free for alumni—you just have to get a copy of the book to enjoy. The group will read a book every two months so you'll have plenty of time for each book.

The Online Alumni Community is an exclusive portal connecting you with fellow Arcadia University and Beaver College alumni. It is provided to alumni free-of-charge and is a great resource for you to keep in touch with your classmates and your alma mater. Arcadia alumni can take advantage of discounted All Club Access and Suburb Access memberships with Sweat Fitness. Sweat is a comprehensive resource on health and wellness boasting eight convenient locations in the Philadelphia metro area, towel service, touchscreen treadmills, and free WiFi. Available for all students and alumni of Arcadia University, The College of Global Studies, and Beaver College.
The Office of the Registrar can provide you with either printed or electronic versions of your transcript. You also have the option of obtaining an unofficial or official transcript. Students not currently enrolled at Arcadia may order an unofficial transcript printed on plain paper for $5 per transcript.
Official transcripts are available to students and alumni for a fee. The cost per transcript depends on the method of delivery.
This $2,000 annual award is automatically given to the dependent children, grandchildren or great-grandchildren of Arcadia University and Beaver College alumni when they enroll as full-time undergraduates at Arcadia University, provided they meet regular admissions criteria and are "dependent" according to federal guidelines. Students must notify the Enrollment Management Office of their intent to use the grant by January 1 for the next fall semester, or by November 1 for the next spring semester. You can arrange to waive the application fee for a deserving high school student whom you believe would benefit from the education and environment of the University by contacting the Office of Enrollment Management at 1-877-ARCADIA (1-877-272-2342) or admiss@arcadia.edu for more information.

Arcadia and Beaver alumni, their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren can experience Arcadia’s international programs while earning undergraduate and graduate credit at a special lower rate, even if they do not attend Arcadia.
The College of Global Studies (formerly The Center for Education Abroad), with more than 100 programs in countries around the world, offers reduced tuition costs to those who qualify.
