Department Highlights

Data Mining, Mobile Phones, Bioinformatics, SAS, and more!

NEW COURSES! Dr. Kathy Macropol offers a course on Data Mining, Dr. Yanxia Jia teaches Mobile Phone Programming, Professor Robert Spencer offers a course Introduction to Network Security, and Dr. Carlos Ortiz with Dr. Cheryl Smith, Biology Dept., team teach Bioinformatics. Professor Mickey Engel teaches Client Side Web Development.

Arcadia regularly offers a two-semester course sequence in SAS (a statistical programming language.) This course is open to non-Arcadia students. 

Student Presenters at Conferences

Our students regularly present at local and national conferences. In addition, all students do a presentation to the campus community as well as part of their Capstone Project.
