TDPT Wisconsin Residents Refund Policy

For Enrolled Wisconsin Residents

The following policies applies only to residents of Wisconsin enrolled in the on-line Transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy program. The policies and procedures below supersede any other statement of Arcadia University policy on these matters for such students. These policies and procedures are not applicable to other students or under other circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

  1. A student may cancel any obligations, including tuition and fees, and are entitled to a full refund of any fees or tuition paid, if (a) they cancel their enrollment in this program within three business days of acceptance into the program; (b) they were admitted to the program despite being unqualified; (c) the school procured the student’s enrollment as the result of any false representations in the written materials used by the school or in oral representations made by or on behalf of the school.

Refund Policy

  1. A student in entitled to a full refund of any fees or tuition paid if (a) they withdraw within three business days of acceptance into the program; (b) they were admitted to the program despite being unqualified; (c) the school procured the student’s enrollment as the result of any false representations in the written materials used by the school or in oral representations made by or on behalf of the school. In these instances, a refund shall be made within 10 business days.
  2. A student who withdraws or is dismissed after the period of time identified in #1 above, but before completing 75% of the potential units of instruction in the current enrollment period, shall be entitled to a pro rata refund, less any amounts owed by the student for the current enrollment period, less a one–time application fee of $100. The pro rata refund shall be determined as follows:
    •  First week of classes: 100% refund
    • After first week: refund of the portion of tuition and fees paid equal to the percentage of classes remaining in the semester, minus a one-time application fee of $100, unless 75% of classes have met
    • After 75% of the classes in any give semester have been completed:  0% 
  3. Refunds shall be paid within 40 days after the effective date of termination.
