Community-based work-study offers an opportunity for professional development outside of the classroom—and for you to make a meaningful impact on organizations that are essential to our community. Through this program, you’ll:
- Support our local community while earning an income through work-study.
- Be placed in sites like Glenside Elementary School, Cheltenham Center for the Arts, Jenkintown Food Cupboard, Urban Youth Kings & Queens, and more.
- Build your resume with hands-on, off-campus experience.
The pay rate for community-based work-study starts at $10 per hour. Work-study eligibility is preferred.
