Campus Safety Reminder:
The university has seen an increase in packages being dropped off at random locations around campus. If you notice an unattended package in a hallway, lobby, or other public area, please help by either bringing it to the Mailroom or calling ext. 8550 to request pickup. Your vigilance helps ensure packages are properly routed and keeps our campus safe and organized.

Mail Services
Mail Services include: interoffice mail, USPS and FedEx mail, and packages. Departments can pick up mail and packages at the Mailroom during regular hours of operation.

What are the sizes of paper you carry?
We carry 8.5 x 11 (Letter Size), 8.5 x 14 (Legal Size), and 11 x 17 (Tabloid Size)
How do I know when my package is in the Mailroom?
You will receive an email from mailandprint@arcadia.edu saying that your package is in the Mailroom and ready for pick up.
What type of file should I send?
You can send us any Microsoft Office file type (.docx, .xlsx, .pub, .pptx) however the preferred file type is a PDF.
Do I get a new mailbox every year?
Resident students are assigned a new mailbox every year. Come to the Mail and Print Services window to get your new assignment.
Commuter students can request a mailbox at the Mail and Print Services window on a first-come, first-served basis based on availability.
Can I have an oversized package delivered to my campus location?
Yes, Print and Mail Services offers on-campus delivery for oversized packages under specific conditions. If you're picking up departmental mail at the Mailroom window and discover an oversized or heavy package included, please request delivery while at the window or call ext. 8550 to schedule it. Deliveries will be made based on Mailroom staff availability. Note that student workers may not be expected to initiate delivery requests—departmental administrators are encouraged to call if needed.
Can I buy stamps or shipping supplies here?
Yes, we sell stamps, envelopes, and padded mailers.
