The Arcadia University Well-Being Framework
Arcadia is committed to the well-being of students! This commitment is evident in the Arcadia University Adaptive Strategy. The framework for the well-being initiative is built upon the Arcadia University Adaptive Strategy. A goal within the strategy is implementing a holistic approach to student success and achievement. Developing a practice that informs, facilitates, and improves the well-being of students is a major objective of this goal.
Wellness Wednesdays
Our signature Wellness Wednesdays are weekly tabling events where students can drop by and learn more about each dimension of wellness and score some cool freebies. We’ll discuss topics like safe substance use, mental health resources, sexual health and healthy relationships, and much more! Come find our Well Zone hut as it pops up around campus every Wednesday.
Wellness Fair
The Annual Wellness Fair at Arcadia takes place in October and includes both campus and community partners as we cover all six dimensions of wellness. Free for all students, faculty, and staff, stop by the fair for lots of activities, giveaways, and free snacks. This year’s fair will be Thursday, October 9th, 11:30-1:30 p.m. in Haber’s Green. Is your group interested in participating in the Wellness Fair?
Peer Educators
We love our Peer Educators in Wellness Services! Our Peer Educators are responsible for tabling, event programming, and educating students on different wellness topics. Come find us around campus in the Well Zone and say hello! Interested in becoming a Peer Educator? We’ll be hiring for the 2026-27 school year in August 2026!
