Graduation/Completion and Transfer-out Rates

Arcadia University is pleased to provide the following information regarding our institution's graduation/completion rates. The information is provided in compliance with the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended.

Graduation rate of full-time first-time degree/certificate-seeking undergraduate within 150% of normal time to program completion for the 2010 cohort is 61%.

Transfer-out rate of full-time first-time degree/certificate-seeking undergraduate within 150% of normal time to program completion for the 2010 cohort is 31%.

The 4-year average Student Right-to-Know completion or graduation rate calculation, Total Completers with 150%/Adjusted Cohort is 60%.

The 4-year average Student Right-to-Know transfer-out rate calculation, Total Transfer-out Students/Adjusted Cohort is 8%.

While reviewing this information, please bear in mind:

  • We started calculating our transfer-out rate with the 2010 cohort.
  • The graduation/completion rate does not include students who left the school to serve in the armed forces, on official church missions, or in the foreign service of the federal government. Students who died or were totally and permanently disabled are also excluded.
