Student Health Services

We endeavor to support the student's physical and emotional self while in the pursuit of their education. We nurture students as they strive for independence by teaching self-care concepts and encouraging safe and thoughtful practices as health care consumers.


Student Health Services is staffed by Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners (CRNP’s). Appointments with physicians from the Chestnut Hill Health System are available on a limited basis.

Hours: Monday and Thursday, 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM; Tuesday and Wednesday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday,  8:30 AM – 4 PM.

Closed for Lunch daily from 11:45AM to 12:30PM.

All appointments must be scheduled in advance. WALK-INS NOT ACCEPTED. Call 215-572-2966 or use the Patient Portal to schedule. When selecting your appointment, please be sure to complete all required information including forms and insurance information.  

There is a $25 charge for students who failed to show up for scheduled appointments. Please call or go online to cancel to your appointment 30 minutes prior if you cannot make it.

Payment can be made by student charge, cash or check. Credit cards are not accepted.

Emergencies Only: After 4 PM, Monday-Friday, contact Public Safety at 215-572-2999.

Physician Hours: Physicians have office hours during the week on a limited basis. The nurse practitioners refer all patients to the physicians. Additionally, all allergy serum injections must be scheduled during physician's hours, Mondays, 3-4:30 PM and Thursdays, 2:30-4:30 PM
