Apply for Housing
For Newly Deposited Incoming Undergraduate Students
The housing application for new deposited students joining us in the Fall of 2026 opened on February 1st, 2026. Please visit the MCR Housing link in Portalguard.
Assignments will be sent to students new to the University via Arcadia email in mid-June, 2026.
Newly deposited students who submit applications after the application deadline of June 3 will receive their housing assignments on a rolling basis throughout the summer.
Returning Undergraduate Residents
The housing application for returning undergraduate residential students joining us in the fall of 2026 will open on February 1st, 2026. Please visit the MCR Housing link in Portalguard.
The housing application for returning students has a March 25th deadline. Returning students who complete their deadline by March 25th will be able to participate in the room self-selection process in early April. Additional instructions on the room selection process will be sent to residents who complete the application via their Arcadia email. Returning residents who do not complete the housing application by the deadline may not be eligible for on-campus housing and will be added to a housing waitlist, pending housing availability.
When it comes to the housing department on campus, they are the best. I’ve been able to find a living arrangement that fits my needs. It’s fabulous that the needs of the student are something the housing department takes seriously.
