Policy Related to Non-Discrimination and Non-Harassment

In August 2020, Arcadia University announced that the Office of Equity and Civil Rights (OECR) is now the centralized point of contact for reporting all incidents of discrimination and harassment. OECR is managed by Nora Nelle, who serves as both the Director of OECR and the University’s Title IX Coordinator. OECR is committed to promoting, supporting and providing resources to sustain a living, learning and working environment of diversity, equality, fairness, inclusion and respect where all members of the University community are valued.

OECR is responsible for ensuring that the University complies with its own policies and procedures, and with federal, state and local laws prohibiting discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, and sexual misconduct.
