Students in the Global Connections course “The Artist in the Community” are taking their exhibition, Global Art, Local Heart, deeper into the Glenside community. Their work will be showcased at Elcy’s Cafe and Coffee House (1 S. Easton Road, Glenside, Pa.) starting Thursday, Dec. 13, and will be up for patrons to enjoy through early January. “Surface,” multimedia collage paintings created by Arcadia students and the women and children of Hope Gardens, will be on display. Read more about Global Art, Local Heart.
