Dr. Nancy G. Rosoff, Dean for Graduate and Undergraduate Studies, presented a research poster titled “‘Future Perfect’:  Co-ed Magazine as a Source of Informal Education for American Teens,” at the Annual Meeting of the History of Education Society in Winchester, England, in December. This research considers how the magazine served as a source of both informal education and formal instruction for American teenage girls about home economics and careers in the 1950s and 1960s. Rosoff also served as a member of the organizing committee for the conference.  She is an Honorary Fellow of the Centre for the History of Women’s Education at the University of Winchester.
