Employee and Campus Climate Survey Invite

By Maria Tanner | April 1, 2020
Dear Faculty and Staff

From now through April 12, we are asking faculty and staff to complete our Employee Satisfaction and Climate Survey

The Office of the Provost and Human Resources are partnering to administer this survey to inform our progress moving forward. The survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete and includes multiple-choice, open-ended, and demographic questions. The survey is being conducted by the Office of Institutional Research, and only aggregate results will be shared. Participation in this anonymous survey is strictly voluntary, and any question may be skipped. Note: This anonymous survey must be completed in a single session. You will not be able to start the survey, close it, and then return later to complete it.

A summary of the results of this survey will be shared with faculty and staff early in the fall semester, and those results will directly shape our ongoing work with the adaptive strategy. We are planning to administer the survey again in the spring of 2022.

The survey, which can be accessed here, will be open until Friday, April 12, 2020.

Please contact either of us with any questions about the survey.  If you have difficulty accessing the survey, contact Bridget Miller (millerb@arcadia.edu).

Thank you in advance for your participation.

Sincerely,

Jeff Rutenbeck, Ph.D.
Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs

Mary Sweeney
Associate Vice President of Human Resources and Employee Experience
