Hi there! My name is Catherine Vaught, and I am majoring in Journalism and minoring in Management at the University of Minnesota (Ski-U-Mah!). For the next five months, I will be trading in snow for sunshine to study at the University of Cape Town in South Africa. I am passionate about staying active, eating healthy, and spending time outdoors. I can’t wait to hike Table Mountain, meet new people, and get out of the country for the first time.
