Patient Portal

Patient Portal gives students the convenience of scheduling or canceling appointments, uploading medical documentation, as well as receiving laboratory reports all from the comfort of their home.

You will gain access to the Patient Portal once you are deposited at Arcadia.

Once you have access, please complete the following tasks before you arrive for Fall Orientation:

  • Create electronic scans of you HealthRecord as JPEGs or PDFs.
  • Upload the scans to the Portal for verification purposes.
  • Complete the Immunization Record section in the Portal.

How to use the Patient Portal

Step 1: Log in with your Arcadia user name and password. The first time you log in, you will need to supply your student ID number and your date of birth in order to create an account.

Step 2: Upload Physical Exam and Immunization History documents. NOTE: Acceptable document formats are PDF and JPG. File size must be smaller than 4 MB. Scan in B&W or at setting of 150DPI to achieve a smaller file.

Step 3: Complete the online Immunization Record. The information you enter will be compared for accuracy with the Immunization History document you submited in Step 2.

Step 4: Upload a copy of the front and back of your insurance card. 

All First-Year students are required to submit their health records in accordance with university policy. 

Schedule or Cancel Appointments

You can schedule or cancel appointments on Patient Portal. 

To make an appointment go to your "Appointment" tab on the main menu bar

Clinic: Medical Clinic

Reason: Select what best fits your Appointment reason. 

Provider: Select the provider that is available.

Select the time available for that provider. You will receive a confirmation email, letting you know you scheduled your appointment along with what you will need to prepare for your appointment.
