Lisa Stephens worked in Arcadia University's Advancement Department for one year before moving to University Relations as the Director of Major Events/Presidential Liaison. Her main responsibilities include managing all major academic events and donor events. Prior to joining Arcadia, Stephens held the Field Marketing Coordinating Position for the Susan G. Komen Philadelphia 3-Day. There she worked with nearly 3,000 participants, preparing them for the 3-Day, 60 mile walking event by teaching them to train and fundraise. Along with the participant work, Stephens also planned the weekend event from venue to sponsorships to route and planned and executed all pre-season events. With a Sales and Marketing degree, Lisa Stephens has experience in sales from pharmaceutical to non-profit.
