Abbey Ryan ’03, an Arcadia University alum and Adjunct Professor of Art, is part of an exhibition and sale featuring art created en plein air inspired by Camphill Special School’s Children’s Village at Beaver Run, a community and school for children and youth with special needs.

“I created these two paintings at this plein air event in August,” says Ryan on her blog. These paintings will be available at Plein Air for Camphill on Oct. 5 at the Rosenfeld Gallery in Philadelphia. The sale begins at 9 a.m. with a reception with the artists from 5:30 to 8 p.m .“This exhibition has been publicized in Fine Art Connoisseur and The Artist’s Magazine, and, I’m told, is likely to be highlighted in American Artist. I hope you can make it to this event—it is for a great cause.” Click here for more information.
