Adjovi’s Writing Featured in Two Publications

Roland Adjovi, Academic Director for the Arcadia in Tanzania program, is a featured author in two new publications on the subjects of African law and the African Union.

The first book, edited by Maurice Kamto, is titled The African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights and its Additional Protocol Establishing the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights: Commentary on Each Article. The volume appeared as part of the Collection de droit international (No. 67) and was published in French in January 2011 by Bruylant. Mr. Adjovi authored the chapters on Article 26 and Article 28. The second volume, The African Union: Legal and Institutional Framework: A Manual on the Pan-African Organization, is edited by A.A. Yusuf and F. Ouguergouz, and will appear in December 2011 from Martinus Nijhoff Publishers. Mr. Adjovi’s chapter is titled “The Peace and Security Council of the African Union.”
