Please Note: Student Health Services does not bill health insurance for office visits, medications dispensed from the office, immunizations administered in the office, or in-office rapid laboratory testing. You can always file a claim with your health insurance company for reimbursement. For any charges acquired during your visit, you will be able to pay with Student Charge. Charges are listed as "Student Health Service Charge" for your privacy. We can bill the student's health insurance for sent out laboratory testing like bloodwork or urine testing.

Office Visit Co-Pay
  • Full-time student: No co-pay
  • Part-time student: $20
Immunizations
  • Hepatitis A: $100/injection (series of 2)
  • Hepatitis B: $80/injection (series of 3)
  • Meningitis: $135
  • MMR (Mumps, Measles, Rubella): $80
  • Polio: $40
  • PPD (Tuberculin Mantoux): $25
  • TdAP (Tetanus/diptheria/pertussis): $55
  • Typhoid (Injection): $90
  • Typhoid (Vivotif Oral Pills): $90
  • Varicella (Chicken Pox): $135
  • Yellow Fever: $165
In-Office Laboratory Tests
  • Chlamydia/Gonorrhea (male/female): $25
  • HIV: $30
  • Rapid Mono Test: $5
  • Rapid Strep Test: $5
  • Rapid Flu Test $15
  • Rapid COVID Test: Free (Symptomatic and Close Contact testing must be done through Student Health. If you are symptomatic or have been identified as a close contact, do not go through surveillance testing)
Reproductive Health
  • Birth Control Pills: $10
  • Emergency Contraceptive (Plan B or Ella): $25
  • Urine Pregnancy Test: $5
  • Depo Provera Injection Administration: $5
  • Pelvic Exam: Free
  • Cervical Exam/PAP: Free Through Insurance
Other Fees
  • Allergy Injection Administration: $5/injection
  • Other Injection Administration: $5/injection
  • Suture Removal: $5
  • Wart Removal: $5
  • Physicals* - PA, PT, Drivers License, and Employment: $30

*You must have a valid historical physical on file from an outside Physician before we can perform a physical at Student Health Services.
