Art Majors Present at Symposium on Clothing and Jewelry, and the Condemnation of Female Authority

On April 2, Arcadia University art history majors Jessica Smith’ 22 (in photo, at right) and Julia Gregory ’23 presented papers at the Philadelphia-Area Undergraduate Art History Symposium, held at Saint Joseph’s University. Smith presented a summary of her thesis, “Clothing & Jewelry: A Gateway to Viking Social Class,” and Gregory presented “The Condemnation of Female Authority in the Christian Context of the Elizabethan Era.”
