Kate Waters, human resources specialist, was selected as treasurer of the Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware Chapter of College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR). An honor normally reserved for high-level HR professionals, the appointment is a recognition of Waters’ drive and professionalism.

Additionally, Senior Human Resources Specialist David Elliot will lead a session at the annual CUPA-HR conference in San Diego from Sept. 16 to 18. Elliott’s presentation, “Moving Forward by Reaching Down: Identifying and Cultivating Budding Talent Within Your Team,” focuses on developing talent in early career professionals in response to the impending retirement of the boomer generation.
