For four days during Inauguration Week, Arcadians around the world “UKNIGHTED” on campus and online for the fourth annual UKNIGHT 4 Arcadia campaign.

Helping to surpass the goal of 1,022 donors, a record-setting 1,042 Arcadia alumni, students, faculty, staff, Trustees, parents, family members, neighbors, and friends joined together from Oct. 10-13 and demonstrated their belief in the University by making a donation to Arcadia during the four-day campaign.

Supporters made their donations online or at UKNIGHT stations around campus, where they also scored Arcadia swag in gratitude for gifts at various levels. At the UKNIGHT station outside the Presidential Panel event on Oct. 12, attendees wrote congratulatory notes to President Ajay Nair on his inauguration.

This year, UKNIGHT 4 Arcadia participants directed their support to specific areas that keep the University at the forefront of a liberal arts education with a global perspective: presidential initiatives, The Fund for Arcadia, academic support, Arcadia Athletics, scholarship support, study abroad, student activities, and the Fulfilling the Promise Retention Fund, which supports students on the path to success who have committed to return in the fall following their first year, but are unable to do so due to finances.

The excitement, pride, and generosity shown by all UKNIGHT 4 Arcadia participants added even greater significance to the milestone celebration of the Inauguration of Dr. Nair as the 22nd President of Arcadia University.
