Searching for the right college can be challenging. To help high school students find their fit, Arcadia University’s Office of Enrollment Management is launching the College Prep Program, a series of FREE workshops that will walk students through all the stages of getting into and going to college—and could even net them a $500 scholarship.

Each workshop will focus on a different college search topic, with eight workshops in total for high school students to learn about finding their perfect school.

“The College Prep Program is an essential tool that students can use as they persist toward high school graduation and pursue a college degree,” said Vice President for Enrollment Management Rakin Hall. “These workshops focus on finding the right school, applying to college, financing your degree, and maintaining physical and mental wellbeing throughout the process.”

This program is free and open to all high school students getting started on the college search. Students who complete the program and decide to enroll at Arcadia will receive a $500 scholarship for their first year.

Enrollment Management will host a kickoff celebration on Thursday, Dec. 3 from 5 to 7 p.m. College Prep workshops will be held throughout the spring, starting Jan. 28 with a discussion about starting the search for a college and how to narrow down your choices before visiting a campus.
