Dr. Andrea Crivelli-Kovach, Associate Professor and Director of Community Health Programs, published a paper on “Healthy at Home: Latina Mothers Knowledge and Behavior Regarding Indoor Environmental Health Hazards” in the Sept. 24,issue of Environmental Justice.

The purpose of this paper was to evaluate the knowledge of Latina women who participated in an educational “Healthy at Home” intervention on environmental hazards in the home and the effect of the program on clients’ behavior regarding exposure to environmental hazards in the home, says Dr. Steve O. Michael, Provost and Academic Vice President.
