Slesaransky-Poe Speaks at First Annual Seek Ignite Change Series, Oct. 16

Dr. Graciela Slesaransky-Poe, Associate Professor and Coordinator of the Graduate Special Education and Certification Program, will be a guest speaker at the Gender and Sexuality Workshop, part of the first annual Seek Ignite Change Series at the Friends Select School (FSS) on Tuesday, Oct. 16, from 5 to 7 p.m.

The mission of the Seek Ignite Change Series is to bring to light people and events that have sparked change, inspiration and continue to influence the community in positive ways. This year the series will explore the life and work of Quaker activist Bayard Rustin, a key organizer of the March on Washington in 1963. Read more.
