Mitchell to Present at American Public Health Association Annual Meeting and Exposition
Dené Mitchell ’13MPH, CCRP had two abstracts accepted by the American Public Health Association for the 143rd Annual Meeting scheduled which will be held in Chicago on October 31, 2015. Her abstract, “Riding Free Pilot Study, an Equine Therapy Program for Children Diagnosed with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder: Analysis of the PedsQL and Parent Report of Post-traumatic Symptoms (PROPS),” was selected for poster presentation, while her second abstract, “Program Development and Interim Evaluation of Riding Free: Equine Therapy for Children Diagnosed with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder,” was selected for a roundtable presentation.
