Call for Papers: Submit to ‘The Compass’ by Sept. 30

By Christopher Sarachilli | September 11, 2015

Academic journal The Compass, edited and managed by the Arcadia University Honors Program, is calling for submissions for its third issue, which will launch in the spring.

Undergraduate students from all colleges and universities, both national and international, are encouraged to submit scholarly works from all disciplines. Recent alumni may submit work completed during their undergraduate career. Research-driven artistic work such as paintings, sculptures, and videos, accompanied by a written component, also are accepted.

Submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis and must meet the following guidelines:

  • Submissions must be formatted Chicago style, with a bibliography.
  • Applicants must fill out the online Submission Form.
  • It is recommended, though not required, that the applicant’s professor submit an Approval Form.
  • Submissions must be emailed as a Word document attachment to thecompass@arcadia.edu. For email formatting guidelines, please check the submission page.

The submission deadline is 11:59 p.m. EST on Sept. 30. Submissions of any length are reviewed, but only one submission per applicant is reviewed at a time.

If you have any questions, contact The Compass staff at thecompass@arcadia.edu.
