Modern Language Students Inducted into National Honor Societies

Arcadia University Modern Language and Cultures students recently were inducted into the French, Spanish, and Italian national honor societies for recognition of high academic achievement and advanced studies in the languages and cultures of French, Spanish, and Italian-speaking countries.

Inductees into the French honor society, Pi Delta Phi, are: Amanda Arndt ’18, Taylor Costello ’18, Erin Dillon ’17, Viviana Garland ’17, Elizabeth Hall ’17, Hope McNamee ’18, Shannon McHugh ’19, and Natalia Perez ’19.

New members of the Spanish honor society, Sigma Delta Phi, include: Katherine Bell ’17, Sophia Bruner ’17, Venessa Callejo ’17, Alberto Carmenate ’17, Erin Dillon ’17, Maricruz Gutierrez ’17, Jessica Marques ’18, Elizabeth Spina ’18, Kayley Watson ’17, and Jessica Weisenborn ’17.

Gamma Kappa Alpha, the Italian honor society, inducted Cecilia Figliuolo ’17, Isabel Secanechia ’17, and Ashley Weimar ’17.
