Travel (verb): to make a journey, typically of some length. Welcome to my journey in search of peace of mind in Athens, Greece. My name is Rachel Shaffer and I grew up in Puyallup, Washington – an unpronounceable town, but a lovable one. I currently live in Bloomington, Illinois where I attend school at Illinois Wesleyan University. I’m a junior majoring in Political Science and International Studies with a concentration in Western Europe. I am a member of a sorority, am constantly in search of a good story, and enjoy people who can tell a good joke and take one.
