Steinbrucker Lecture Series – Meaningless Citizenship: Iraqi Refugees and the Welfare State

Dr. Sally Wesley Bonet, an Assistant Professor at Colgate University, migrated from Sudan to Egypt as a young child. Her experience growing up in Egypt inspired her line of research on the experience of Iraqi and Syrian refugees in the United States.
