As the new Vice President for Enrollment Management, I wanted to introduce myself and express my commitment to the students and families of Arcadia University. Our Adaptive Strategy ARCADIA2025 places students at the center and the University on a path to offer new ways of learning and address society’s greatest needs. As part of Arcadia 2025, we made a commitment to transform lives and communities through strategic enrollment. The current COVID-19 pandemic is pushing many of us to think and act in real-time—forcing us to adjust and adapt to an ever-changing landscape. This is especially true in the area of enrollment management.
With this in mind, the EM leadership team and I would like to form an Enrollment Advisory Board.
- The EAB will include faculty, staff, and students and will meet two hours, twice per semester.
- The group will advise and provide feedback to the EM team on recruitment and enrollment strategies and initiatives.
- We are looking for broad representation from all areas of campus and seek individuals with an interest in Theme 1, Strategic Goal 2 of ARCADIA2025.
