Arcadia’s One-Stop Shop was one of seven collegiate departments highlighted in a national report by Hanover Research, “Benchmarking Analysis: Organizing and Operating One Stop Shops.” Arcadia was featured in discussions about supporting veterans, cross training staff, integrating services, being more data driven and connecting with students.

“We don’t want to just capture the information of those that know who we are and what we’ve done for them,” said Dennis Darvas, director of the One-Stop Shop, in the report. “We want to capture the information of ‘why don’t you know who we are’ or ‘what can we do’?”

The One-Stop Shop is located in Taylor Hall, Suite 100. Students can find services related to billing, financial aid, registration, and work study.
