Dr. Clare Papay, director of undergraduate and graduate special education certification, served as a moderator at the Lehigh University 42nd Special Education Law Conference held in May in Bethlehem, Pa. Dr. Papay moderated a session led by Thomas A. Mayes titled “Ethics for Attorneys in Special Education Context.” She also served on the planning committee for the conference.
