Global business alumna at X-Culture Global Business Week

School of Global Business alumnae Lauren Hernandez ’19, Ella Bucalov ’18, and Jessica Marques ’18 attended X-Culture Global Business Week at the University of Calgary in Alberta, Canada in July. Attendees were selected in a competitive process limited to 150 students globally, based on their academic excellence and unique cultural perspectives. At the event, students presented research, attended workshops, and collaborated with one another to solve real-world problems in global business.

Every semester, the X-Culture Season Program connects more than 3,500 students and professionals from around the world to form virtual teams of six to eight people from different countries. Each team works together to solve issues presented by businesses, exchange ideas, and expand their personal network into a global one.
