I joined the faculty in the School of Global Business in the Fall of 2015, after spending over a decade studying and teaching at Penn State, University Park. I am committed to engaging my students in an interactive, experiential learning environment here at Arcadia.
I serve as the Program Director for the undergraduate program in healthcare administration and teach courses in healthcare organization and management. A gerontologist at heart, my passion for the advocacy of the elderly is evident in my extensive research on enhancing the quality of long-term care services. That, along with my clinical experience and nursing home administrator training offer relevant, practical and shrewd perspectives on healthcare management issues.
