Rob Napoli is currently the Production Manager for Arcadia University's mainstage shows. Over the past 15 years, he has had the pleasure of working as a scenic designer, technical director, production manager, actor, director, and theatre technician. His work as a theatre artist has included working for The Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival, Philadelphia Theatre Caravan, Story Book Musical Theatre, Philadelphia Theatre Company, The Folger Shakespeare Theatre, and The National Players. As a teacher, Rob helped develop the first Theatre Major on a branch campus of Penn State University and has also had the pleasure of teaching at Ursinus College, DeSales University, Penn State Berks, Germantown Academy High School and the Cultural Arts Center, City of Savannah. He is the co-author of Scenic Design and Lighting Techniques and holds an MFA in Theatre Performance from The Catholic University.
