On March 1 the Daily Local News (West Chester, Pa.) reported that “Selina March, a resident of Downingtown and a graduate of Downingtown West High School, is participating in Arcadia University’s First Year Study Abroad Experience. March is a international studies major in the honors program and is spending her spring semester in London, England.”
