Graduate Education Forms
It is recommended that you meet with your academic advisor to map out your current program and answer any questions you may have. Time sensitive information from the Pennsylvania Department of Education will be posted on Blackboard and emailed to students. Please remember to check your Arcadia email account regularly.
Teacher Information Management System (TIMS) is the new electronic portal for PDE.
The Pennsylvania Department of Education has launched an electronic application system for teacher certification and is no longer accepting paper applications as of January 2012. See the Teacher Certification Instruction for TIMS below for information on the electronic process. Graduate students are required to submit the Certification Analysis Sheet (this is the transcript evaluation done with the academic adviser) to Mary Kate McNulty, Certification Officer, Graduate Studies, Taylor Hall, Room 105. The electronic application will take approximately 4-6 weeks for processing.

Degree Candidacy Forms**
Upon completion of 15 graduate credits (excluding transfer credit) students must make formal application to be a candidate for a degree. Requirements for candidacy are good academic standing and advisers signature. Academic advising appointment is recommended.
Upon completion of certificate program students must submit the form to the Graduate Office for processing. Completion requirements are good academic standing and matriculation in an Arcadia Graduate program.
