Herreid-Halstead ’15 Wins 2016 MCCA Graduate Student Award

Graduate student Stacey Herreid-Halstead ’15 was chosen as the 2016 Montgomery County Counseling Association (MCCA) Graduate Student Award recipient for her counseling skills.

Associate professor of Psychology Dr. Eleonora Bartoli recommended Herreid-Halstead to the MCCA based on Herreid-Halstead’s excellence in counseling as a graduate student. Herreid-Halstead works with the Montgomery County Child Advocacy Project to raise funds to advocate for the rights of abused children.

Herreid-Halstead will receive a $100 award and a free one-year membership to the MCCA, and will be featured in the MCCA Spring newsletter.
