Arcadia University was among a select group of colleges and universities invited to the University of Pittsburgh’s first Steel City Health Careers Diversity Conference on April 14 and 15. Led by Judy Dalton, associate dean of Institutional Diversity, and May Their Aye, coordinator of Diversity Programs and Initiatives, undergraduate students Camille Menns, Dulce Mendoza, Tina White, Nyim Greenwood, and Baaqueyah Muhammad El learned about varying careers and graduate programs from health care professionals, admission experts, and students enrolled in medical schools.

In addition to exploring medical, pharmaceutical, dental, and rehabilitation sciences, the students also networked with representatives from colleges and universities in Maryland, Ohio, New York, and Pennsylvania.
