Join students from the University Seminar “Artist in the Community” for the annual “The Art of the Syllabus” exhibition on Thursday, Dec. 5 from 3:30 to 6 p.m. The exhibit, held at the Thrall Gallery in Spruance Fine Arts Center, showcases student artwork that was completed in conjunction with community service projects.

Every semester, students participate in community service with local organizations and establishments to create unique works of art. For the fifth year, Arcadia students worked with students at Parkway Northwest High School for Peace & Justice, in addition to Active Day of Chestnut Hill and Women Against Abuse: Carol’s Place.
