Shollenberger ’88 Elected to Arcadia University’s Board of Trustees

Arcadia University is proud to announce that Kevin Shollenberger ’88, vice provost for Student Health and Well-Being at Johns Hopkins University, was elected to the University’s Board of Trustees, effective June 1.

As vice provost for Student Health and Well-Being at Johns Hopkins University (JHU), Shollenberger is responsible for the university’s wellness, mental health, and primary care resources. He was appointed vice provost in August 2019 and is the first person to hold this position at JHU.

Prior to joining JHU, Shollenberger served as associate dean of Students and then as associate vice president and dean of Students Affairs at Columbia University. With over 30 years of experience in higher education, he brings a wealth of knowledge about the student experience and well-being. 

Shollenberger holds a Master of Education in Counseling and Student Development in Higher Education from American University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychobiology from Arcadia University.
