Director of Special Education Certification Programs Dr. Clare Papay has been elected Northeast Regional Representative for the Council of Exceptional Children’s Division on Career Development and Transition. Dr. Papay, who has been a part of the Arcadia faculty since 2011, is co-director of Raising Expectations in Academic Learning (REAL), Arcadia’s two-year certificate program for students with intellectual disabilities.
