The Class of 2014, new transfer students and Orientation Leaders took control of Grey Towers Castle on Saturday, Aug. 29, for a celebratory night of music, amusement, and movement as part of the Orientation weekend events.

This year’s turnout is one of the largest, an indication that the Class of 2014 and new transfer students are already making the campus their new home.

Says Grace Uhey ’14, an English major, “The freshman class was able to get together and have a real bonding experience. I met so many people and found out how fun our campus can be. The experience of having our first dance in the Castle is a great memory and something that I will think about a lot. It was certainly important to me because I got to relax, have fun, meet people and just dance.”
