Members of the women’s soccer team, which took its third ECAC title this fall, are among those recognized in the MAC Honor Roll.

The top-seeded women’s soccer team claimed its third consecutive Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III South Championship on Nov. 15 with a victory over second-seeded Lebanon Valley. Melia Ochsner ’16 was named the tournament’s Most Outstanding Player.

The Knights are the third team to complete a three-peat in the ECAC Division III women’s soccer championships and the first since 2009. Arcadia won its first ECAC title in any sport in 2013 when the women’s soccer team claimed the ECAC South crown. Last year, the team took the title again with a 2-1 overtime win against McDaniel College last year.

It took less than eight minutes for Arcadia to claim a 2-0 lead, which they held until the end of the game. The Knights finish their 12th straight winning season with a 16-6 record.
