On Wednesday, March 23, Lauriena Borstein, senior vice president of operations for Rita’s Water Ice, will discuss her involvement in supporting franchisees, as part of the Philadelphia Business Speaker Series hosted by School of Global Business. Borstein is responsible for leading Rita’s operations, education, and procurement departments, and Cool University, Rita’s corporate store and training center. 

The presentation will be in Brubaker Hall room 201 at noon, and lunch will be provided.
