Nine participants with Parkinson’s Disease from the Dan Aaron Stay Fit program, a weekly exercise class for patients with Parkinson’s Disease and Multiple Sclerosis that takes place throughout the year, attended the five-day Movement Camp from May 30 to June 3 for an intensive exercise regime that worked on their balance, flexibility, and speed. Through guided exercises such as fencing, boxing, dance, and yoga, the 18 Physical Therapy students and volunteers, and five Physical Therapy faculty members helped participants maintain or improve their mobility.

The Movement Camp was featured in a June 7 Times Chronicle story.
