Knights Group Exercise Fall Session II Registration
- HipFit– Channel your favorite pop star in this exhilarating dance fitness class set to the best party music and including the best party moves from today and yesterday! In HipFit, there’s no dance experience required. Just follow along with the instructor, sing along to your favorite songs, and expect to sweat.
- Yoga– Appropriate for all bodies and fitness levels, yoga explores the connection between the mind and body and breath and movement. In each class, we will move through a variety of standing and seated postures, twists, backbends, hip openers, folds, and inversions. Each class concludes with a brief period of rest and relaxation. Through creative sequencing, we will build strength and flexibility, increase range of motion, and focus and calm the mind. Expect to leave yoga feeling renewed, refreshed, and energized.
- Total Body Cardio– This class will teach fundamentals of basic body weight movements and building base muscular and cardiovascular shape before ramping up the intensity over the course of five weeks. It is designed to attack the entire body through upper and lower body circuits, interval training, and proper activation exercises for the core.
