By Caitlin Burns | March 20, 2017

Arcadia University’s Visiting Writers Series continues with a reading and Q&A by poet Sarah Blake on Friday, March 31 beginning at 6 p.m. in Stein Fireplace Lounge in the Commons.

Blake is the author of Mr. West, an unauthorized lyric biography about Kanye West that was released in 2015. Her forthcoming collection, Let’s Not Live on Earth, will be released in the fall, and is a reflection on the anxiety and injury of women from today’s society. Both are published by Wesleyan University Press.

Blake is co-founder of The Philadelphia Poetry Collaboration, an organization focused on art education and collaboration with other regional art initiatives, and Submitters, a personalized database service for writers and artists to keep records of submissions.
